Meet the Team
Josh Weil is the Founder and CEO of Blue Impact Strategies LLC. His philosophy is that political giving should only take up as much time in your life as you desire. He believes that as a donor, your time is incredibly valuable, thus it should not be wasted on parts of the process that you do not enjoy. After spending 10+ years working in politics, holding positions on Congressional, Senate and Presidential campaigns, Josh discovered that donors often supported candidates that did not share their ideals and that most of this occurred through a lack of proper vetting. Seeing an incredible need, he started Blue Impact Strategies in order to advocate on behalf of the interests of some of the most active donors to the party. Utilizing his experience and leveraging his connections across the political atmosphere, he knows what to ask and what to look for to identify whether a candidate is worthy of support from his clients. Outside of politics, he enjoys playing Tennis, Pickle ball, and Kick Boxing.
